  • Has represented various clients from the pharmaceutical, healthcare, information technology, business process outsourcing, real estate, consumer goods and retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing in their transactions;
  • Advised close to a hundred companies in establishing their presence in the Philippines;
  • Led teams that conducted legal due diligence work;
  • Advised a client in its purchase of the assets of a distributor of food supplements and nutraceutical;
  • Registered trademarks with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines;
  • Acts as external legal counsel and renders legal advice to firm’s legal retainer clients;
  • Worked with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission for five (5) years exposing her to various issues on corporate and securities regulations;
  • Partner for more than three years in another law firm before establishing Barrozo Law Office
